merger IMMOEAST AG IMMOFINANZ AG: Company book entry and stock exchange are expected to commence on 29.04.2010

The conditions for the registration of the merger of IMMOEAST AG IMMOFINANZ AG in the commercial register have been met and was considered to be expected registration date with the Commercial Court of Vienna of the 29th April 2010 ("Exchange Date") voted.

by the Polish Financial Market Authority, the Polish Information Memorandum has been approved as prospektersetzendes document for IMMOFINANZ Exchange Shares. The publication of the information memorandum in Polish on the website of the IMMOFINANZ AG (www.immofinanz.com) will take place in the coming days.

Trading in the shares IMMOEAST (ISIN AT0000642806) on the Vienna Stock Exchange is closed with the beginning of the reporting date. On the Warsaw Stock Exchange early trading will end early as the beginning of the 23 April 2010 requested.

merger and the capital of IMMOFINANZ AG for approximately EUR 589 million for the issuance of approximately 567.4 million units IMMOFINANZ Exchange Shares (ISIN AT0000809058) to the shareholders of IMMOEAST be effective upon registration in the commercial register.

The share exchange at the agreed exchange ratio of three IMMOFINANZ exchange shares for two IMMOEAST shares are under the custody status of IMMOEAST shares at the beginning of the conversion sheet date. The delivery of the IMMOFINANZ Exchange Shares via the Clearing System of Euroclear Bank Limited to the custodian banks; on deposits at Polish banks deposit will be shipped via the Polish National Depository for Securities (NDS). A listing of IMMOFINANZ shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on that merger does not occur. An application for admission to official trading on the Exchange Shares IMMOFINANZ was made and it is expected that the trading is on or about the conversion date in the Prime Market segment done.
