The merger of real estate and financial Immoeast was therefore adopted in the bag and a large majority. In our view, the merger makes perfect sense and allows the Estate group, some draw a line to put the past behind and focus on core business (real estate, not compensation negotiations). Exploring the "big profiteers" of the merger, we see this especially in the bond investors. The merger brings more stability to the creditors, and the prices of bonds reflect the risks of "Immofinanz new" in our view does not reflect adequately - that is the meaning of the returns are too high, the rates on bonds.

IMMOFINANZ AG pursuant to § 93 para 1 Stock Exchange Act known that the total number of voting rights is at the end of the month of January 2010 a total of 476,750,894 voting rights. The share capital amounts to EUR 494,954,838.00 by the end of January 2010 and is 476 750 894 voting, no par value shares with a proportionate amount of capital stock of each (rounded) divided EUR 1.04.
These changes result from the issuance of shares upon the exercise of conversion rights of holders of convertible debentures of IMMOFINANZ AG.
